Halloween Trademark Trivia

While everyone is busy deciding which custom to wear and which party to attend, I thought it might be fun to provide some Halloween trademark trivia. Did you know that the candy you are handing out or eating may be federally protected under trademark law. While taste can be copied or reverse engineered, the shape or logos on the candy may provide criminal penalties under federal trademark and anti-counterfeiting laws.
