Oral argument on Copyright case part duex

Since the election is over, we’d like to briefly point out two recent blogs related to the Supreme Court’s oral arguments on the copyright exhaustion case. Briefly, it would appear that Wiley’s attorney was unprepared for the potential havoc his position could lead too as pointed out by the Court during his oral arguments.

While the Court’s ruling is still anyone’s guess you can bet that if the book publisher’s are unhappy they will look to congress to rectify the situation.
