Some information you will need to know before filing the online trademark application includes the mark you wish to register, the owner of the trademark and the date of first use of the trademark. If the trademark has not been used, then we can still file a trademark application, but you will need to begin using the trademark before the United States Trademark Office will allow the trademark to be registered.
